Finned Pile Weatherstrip combines a PP polypropylene yarn pile with a fin. The fin can be plastic or fabric. Fin height can be specified equal to, higher than, or lower than the pile, depending on the aluminum profile and required sealing. This design suits aluminum profiles that need stronger sealing than plain pile alone. Options include silicone or non-silicone pile, adhesive or non-adhesive backing, and plastic fin or plain. Base width ranges from 4 to 25 mm. Pile height ranges from 5 to 20 mm. Base thickness is 0.8±0.15 mm. Length is customized. The strip is intended for anti-wind, anti-noise, and anti-dust performance.
